JAH Pet Forum Registration

IMPORTANT: You must be registered AND activate your account to post messages. This requires that you complete the registration process and respond to the email that is automatically sent to your email address. Due to the rapidly increasing amount of spam appearing on forums, email account activation is required before you are able to post, visit certain sections of the board, and in some cases, view attached images.

If you haven't received an activation email at the conclusion of the registration process, please check your spam folder to see if the email is blocked by a spam filter. When registering, your email address is only used to validate your membership to this forum and is kept private. If you don't receive an activation email or if you have any problems, please contact Riverdog the Community Pet Forum Admin

This is offered as a "community" pet forum. You do not need to be a client of Jennings Animal Hospital to participate. Anyone can view the forum but you will need to register and login in order to post.

Before posting on the JAH Pet Forum you will need to take these simple steps:

1. Click Register on the forum's home page
   
2. Click the correct image to continue to the registration page.
   
3. Carefully read the user terms, and click accept
   
4. Enter your desired username, password, and email address (required information)
   
5. Enter your profile information (not required)
   
6. Select your forum preferences (not required)
   
7. In order to receive email messages regarding your pet, you need to enable "Allow members to contact me by email" and "Always notify me of replies" in your preferences.
   
8. Click "register" the forum will indicate that you have successfully registered and that an activation key has been sent to the e-mail address you provided. Please check your e-mail for further information.
   
9. Check your email. You will receive a message with "Welcome to JAH Community Pet Forum forums" in the subject line. Click the verification link in the email or copy/paste URL into your browser. (please be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see our email in your inbox)
   
10. Login to the forum with your username and password.
    
11. You are ready to post!
    

Are you having trouble registering?

• If you did not get a confirmation message after registering, start the process again.
  
• Check your spam folder for your "Account Activated" message. You will also recieve a welcome message.
  
• Check your computer and internet settings
  
• Check your email account settings
  
• Contact the Forum Administrator for help.
