Loving new homes needed for Katrina cats

Post  donnacheramie on Thu Jul 03, 2008 12:24 am

My sister and I have six cats we love very much, but we had trouble during the Hurricane Katrina evacuation due to the large number of cats. We were also advised to find homes for at least three of them due to our allergy problems that were aggravated by the high number of cats. All of the ones we are attempting to find new homes for are spayed/neutered, declawed, and vaccinated.
Erin is a four-year-old light gray tabby female with medium-length fur who lost the tip of her tail in an auto accident as a baby, but adjusted so well that she has never missed it. She is sweet and friendly but we feel that she might do better in a home with one or two cats. We can be reached either by email at donnacheramie@yahoo.com or by phoning (985) 691-2010.
