Recipes you want to share

How about sharing one of your favorite recipes, everything from desserts, main courses, drinks, Bar B Que.
If you have a great recipe to help satisfy the appetite to help lose some weight post them too. I dont know about anyone else but I could sure lose some weight.

5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A Splash of vanilla extract
1 Very large coffee mug


Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well
Add the Chocolate chips (if you are using them) and vanilla extract and mix again
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes (this is for a 1000 watts longer if yours is smaller)
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but dont get alarmed.
Allow to cool a little and then tip onto a plate if desired.
ENJOY Excited

Pepperoni rolls/ dinner rolls

If you never heard of a Pepperoni Roll they were invented in my hometown. You can read about Pepperoni Rolls at: http://www.wvculture.org/goldenseal/spring06/pepperoni.html

Pepperoni rolls/ dinner rolls

Description:
this recipe can be used to make regular rolls and pepperoni rolls.

Ingredients:
2 packets red star yeast
2 cups warm water
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
6-7 c. all purpose flour

Directions:

Dissolve yeast in the 2 cups of warm water in a large
bowl.
Add all other ingredients except for flour and mix.
Add flour mix good until its not sticky, kinda like
playdoh.
When your dough is mixed, make a large ball put back
into bowl, add a very small amount of oil to top and
cover with saran wrap or a non-fuzzy t-towel.
Let the dough double in size.
Then add sticks or slices of pepperoni & make your rolls. Let them double in size again on
a greased sheet or pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Put butter on top after removing from oven.
Enjoy!

Number Of Servings: 3 dozen pepperoni or dinner rolls

Pepperoni Rolls are also good reheated with peppers & mozzarella cheese on them! Drool
